Duke of Northumberland Cup
The Duke of Northumberland Cup is played for annually, on a mid-season Sunday, by an invited NEMWCL President's XI and now the West Tyne League. Formerly a Northumberland League Select XI. and the Alnwick and District League were the opposition. Record to date for the Duke of Northumberland Cup: Not able to be held in 1998,2000, 01, 04, 08, 2012, 17, 18. 20 NEMWCL 9 wins: 1989, 1994, 96, 06, 07, 2011, 13 21 22 and current holderrs!
