The scheduled dates for the first round of the Optimum Cup should be set up by mext Monday in the HOPE of getting started w/c 22nd April.

Optimum Sports Cup Draw

The draw was made tonight by the Management Committee and is well balanced between the top teams. Grounds should now be booked and opponents informed of the evening fot the game in week commencing 22nd April. Revised draw has 28 teams.

The League Meeting will be held on Wednesday 17th April at Blue Flames. Agenda to follow.

Next Full League Meeting now Wednesday 17th April

We have been obliged to move the meeting from April 9th owing to the upcoming Eid which precludes that week for many of our members. earlier is Easter and there is an NUFC reserves game on 16th (very busy car park) so the new date is Wednesday 17th April at Blue Flames from 7:30pm to collect Handbooks and Team Cards. There will be a confirmation of the new result reporting procedures and other updates at that meeting.

As the Cup Draw needs to be made well iin advance of w/c 22nd April, the Management Committee will get together next week to make the draw and this should be announced on Tuesday 26th March. There is also an update to the Umpires Panel which is attached. The Agenda for 17th April will be issued next week so as to include the Cup Draw.

At present we have 26 teams entered for the cup with 5 teams declined; see attached. Please let the MC know of any changes of mind by the end of this week as adjustments can still be made and we encourage full participation!

Minutes of the AGM

The meeting was held at Blue Flames Sporting Club on Tuesday 6th February and was well attended.

The Minutes may be downloaded.

Contact details will be going to the printers for the Handbooks early next week so any changes should be notified soonest.

The draw for the Optimum Sports Cup will be drawn at the next meeting on Tuesday 9th April at Blue Flames.
