Previous Seasons of the Just Sport Cup and Paddlers Plate
The Optimum Cup is a sponsored annual knock out competition with the draw being made at the April meeting of the League. From this one structured draw all subsequent rounds are defined. Pre 2010 the cup was sponsored by Sadler Brown Architects and until 2021. In 2015 the Paddlers Plate competition was introduced for teams knocked out in the first round proper of the Cup. Ties are also determined by the initial Cup draw. In 2020 due to Covid-19, the Cup and Plate were held on seperate days and arranged by the clubs themselves.
