Durham CB Safe Hands Courses announced

Graeme Weeks has announced Safeguarding Officer ‘Safe Hands’ courses for Durham based Clubs All dates are available on their website – https://www.durhamcricket.co.uk/news-and-media/safe-hands-courses-2022/

50th AGM 7th February 2022 and applications anticipated

The Registration forms may be downloaded here and should be submitted together with League Fees of £50 by or at the AGM. Details of the meeting are also available here to download.

New applicants to join the League at the AGM are welcomed and the divisional structure will be finalised at the AGM.
Confirmed new applicants to date are: (Gateshead) Fell Old Boys with Paul Smith, Corbridge CC and Benwell & Walbottle CC.

The Management Committee extends Christmas greetings to all our members and associates with best wished for a Safe, Happy and Healthy 2022 with all games played in the true Spirit of the Game.

The meeting itself is, of course, subject to the then current coVid rules. Any team not wishing to attend may be excused from the usual £10 absence fine provided they have paid their fees in advance and also submitted a Registration Form by 6th February.

In addition to the Safeguarding Officer requirement, see the earlier News item for the DBS clearances now recommended. You will be asked for the name, date of birth, email address and role of the volunteer
