In case anyone has been asleep for the past 100 days, all cricket activities are on hold and there is no meeting tonight!
Actions from the AGM way back in February were all acted on by the Management Committee and the scorecards and Handbooks were printed off before the Lockdown. Now we all have to await Lexit and take guidance from the ECB and the senior leagues as to if/when a part 2020 season may be attempted.
In the meantime we must all follow guidelines and have extended patience.
The Management Committee wish all our players and supporters well in this difficult time and hope you and your families can all stay safe and be well prepared for resuming activities when permitted.

With regret we have now received instructions from the ECB to which we must strictly adhere. This may be downloaded here.
The meeting planned for 6th April is thus cancelled. However, I am offering to post out a Handbook to any of our members or associates who would like one to read. Please send an email request to donc@blueyonder.co.uk with address, including of course a postcode.
The Management Committee will continue to monitor the situation as regards a partial season and keep you informed.
Depending on when a start might possibly be made this could be a half season or ONLY the cup/plate or …

Concerning this meeting, the Management Committee are monitoring the national situation and advice as it develops. The Handbooks and scorecards are ready for distribution but holding a full meeting is looking increasingly unlikely. Certainly there will be no fines for absentees!

The meeting will be held at Blue Flames, Benton with a 7:30pm start. Ian Wardle will attend.
The Handbooks, scorecards and other information will be distributed and the draw made for the First Round of the Just Sport Cup.
Reminder that Just Sport are offering match balls at special prices to members in addition to a full range of equipment. Some news of their clothing offers is attached.

The downloads are the league fixtures following the election of 4 new teams who were elected at the AGM and given a warm welcome.
Club contact information and minutes of the meeting will follow. The draw for the Just Sport Cup will be made at the next meeting on Monday 6th April when the handbooks and scorecards will be issued.
