Fixtures should be confirmed by both teams and with the Divisional Officer by the Monday of the week prior to the scheduled week. The DOs usually give me the list of their fixtures by the Friday so that they can be announced in the weekly information bulletin which is normally emailed on the Saturday morning.
Six clubs owe fines of £10 for not attending the April meeting. Settlement may be direct transfer.
