Despite the best efforts of Bates Cottages, the feature game today is OFF. Sun arriving too late to save the day. New date is Sunday 10th August, 1:30 start.

Please see attached information. Come and support the League President's XI in the Duke of Northumberland Cup at Bates Cottages tomorrow V the Northumberland League. Wickets pitched at 1:30 pm.
Final call for teams to play in the 6-a-side day at Felling CC next Sunday.

With regret the Management Committe have been informed of the resignation of Gateshead Fell Tuns owing to a severe lack of available players.
This season's record for GF Tuns will be expunged in accordance with the League Laws. Clearly the remaining Division 1 fixtures for GF Tuns are cancelled.
There are now two vacancies in Division 1 which will be filled at the end of the season by two teams promoted from Division 2.

Please liaise with your Divisional Officer regarding the outstanding games to be rearranged and keep him well informed. If there are games that have been played but not yet reported then cards must be sent in urgently else fines will apply.
Week 10 fixtures should be confirmed by tomorrow night (Monday).
Names to Paul Smith soonest please if you wish to be considered for selection for the Duke of Northumberland Cup on Sunday.
