The cup was previously held by Beamish and East Stanley but, playing as 2011 League Champions, Adders were no match for a strong side assembled by skipper Paul Smith.
Electing to bat in the SUN and a wonderful setting, the President's XI put on 261-4 from their 40 overs. Adders responded with a creditable 176-8. Details and scorecard attached.
Thanks to Steve Hutchinson and Durham City CC for arranging and hosting this fixture, to Fred Wiley & David Craven for umpiring and Peter & Gillian Woodley for scoring the match.
Match balls provided by sponsor Justsport. Thank you Ian Stokoe!
