Attached are the minutes of two Management Committee meetings with decisions taken and the recommended changes to the Laws and procedures for 2013.
NB The information on Club Welfare Officers with courses set up for 24th and 31st January; applications direct to the NCB, and the Registration Forms for 2013 required by or at the AGM on Wednesday 6th February. Calling Notice and draft fixtures to follow.
