Congratulations to GEM as Kirkwood lost the remote mathematical chance of overhauling them when they took only 9 points from their win over Rowlands tonight at Cowgate. Kirkwood are runners- up. Scores were: Kirkwood 197-4 off 14 eight ball overs, Jaswinder Singh 133* and Rowlands replied with a creditable 126-5. Sam Robson hit 53.
