First round Optimum Sports Cup matches should be confirmed by now and the date of the tie updated in play-cricket. See attached latest on ties and the HUNDRED Laws without neutral umpires.
NB Information on the scorer's courses; all clubs are expected to have at least one representative gaining an ECB certificate.
