From the A1 take A692 Lobley Hill exit towards Consett until Sunniside. Turn left at Potters
Wheel pub traffic lights following Stanley/Chester-le-Street A693. On entering Stanley: turn
left at Flint Hill petrol station and head up bank past primary school. Turn right at The Hilltop
pub then right again into housing estate. Follow sign posts for Beamish and East Stanley
Sports Club which lies just behind the houses.

Follow A693 Stanley. Entering Stanley turn right at first set of traffic lights to bottom of
residential road, turn left into housing estate (as above)
