pre AGM secret meeting in progress

tonight (14th jan) sees a secret meeting at the travellers rest (why the beers awful) to determine the course of the forthcoming AGM and prevent the current committee looking stupid on the night.

the agenda as i understand is as follows:-

1.meet
2.drink
3.leave for the moorhouse
4.drink proper beer
5.argue over what the members would accept as cash in hand
err thats it

Drama at the Burn

No, it's not that Jonny Gray refused a pint, or that Ian Lloyd was heard to say 'after you' to someone in the queue for the chips. The real drama that someone has tried to burn down the 'pavilion' at the Burn. The Lord of the Burn, the right Honourable W.Graham was heard to say 'B*******S' and is currently pushing the council to improve the facilities for next season.

Statto arrives at TCC

Stats have now been posted for 2003. They include non-league games and therefore will not reflect League averages. I couldn't be bothered to post every game so have summarised instead. Will post stats match by match next season.

Travellers dragged kicking and screaming into 21st Century!

Yes, it has finally happened! Given the lack of cricket during the dark winter months, one bored squad member has finally got the Travs web page up and running. How long will it last?
